Derived outputs, including scores and forecasts, are the property of the company and are not personal information for purposes of Section 7.

6. Cookies and Telemetry

Our websites use cookies and first-party telemetry to maintain performance and to understand visitor behavior, including page interaction, attention, and return patterns. You may decline cookies through your browser settings; the standard of your visit may be affected.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Requests may be submitted through our Personal Data Requests page. Rights apply to personal information as defined by applicable law, and do not extend to derived outputs (see Section 5), records of evaluation, or materials the company is required or entitled to retain.

8. Security

The company maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information held. The company has never announced a breach.

9. Retention

Information is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter for as long as evaluation remains ongoing. Records of application, correspondence, and evaluation form part of the permanent record.

10. International Transfers

Information may be processed in the United States, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, and other jurisdictions in which the company operates. Transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, which the company considers appropriate.

11. Changes to This Policy

The company may revise this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. This Policy was last revised on 11 March 2019 and has not required further revision.
